Most builders get large quickly. They add layers of management, project coordinators, and site supers who change over the life of a build. You end up with a relationship to a company, not to the people actually making the decisions.
West Peak is different by design. Ben and Jesse take on a small number of homes each year, and they are present and accountable on every single one. That’s not a selling point — it’s just how we work.
